A year after absolutely no changes to Toyota's bread and butter sedan, the Camry receives an extensive mid-cycle refresh bordering on the realm of being an all-new generation.
The Camry Hybrid is available with a 2.5-litre Atkinson-cycle four-cylinder engine combined with a 105kW electric motor and continuously variable transmission. It comes in LE, SE, and XLE trims.
Features on the LE include 16-inch steel wheels, power heated mirrors, hybrid blue-accented emblems, fabric seats, 8-way power adjustable driver seat, 60/40 split/fold rear seat, tilt/telescopic steering wheel, steering wheel mounted audio controls, rear seat heater ducts, dual-zone automatic climate control, 6-speaker AM/FM/CD/MP3/WMA with auxiliary/USB input and 6.1-inch display, Bluetooth capability, optitron instrumentation gauges, TFT multi-information display, outside temperature gauge, cruise control, power locks, keyless entry with trunk release, smart key system with push button start, 12 volt outlet, power windows with driver/front passenger auto up/down, rear window defroster, floor mats, humidity sensor, backup camera, airbags (front, front seat, side curtain, driver/front passenger knee), and engine immobilizer.
SE adds 17-inch aluminum alloy wheels, sport style grille, rear spoiler, sport seats, sport fabric seating material, leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, and aluminum scuff plates.
XLE adds (to LE) 17-inch aluminum alloy wheels, power moonroof, LED daytime running lights, heated seats, leather seat surfaces, leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, 10-speaker JBL audio with satellite radio, 7-inch display with navigation, garage door opener, electrochromic rearview mirror with digital compass, wireless charging, blind spot monitor, and rear cross traffic alert.
