Based on a Toyota Yaris platform, the four-door xD hatchback uses a 1.8-litre four-cylinder engine with five-speed manual transmission or optional four-speed automatic. The xD comes in a single trim line. Features include 16-inch steel wheels, air conditioning, cloth sport bucket seats, 60/40 split-folding rear seat, cruise control, digital clock, all-season floor mats, vanity mirrors, outside temperature gauge, power locks with keyless entry, power windows with driver’s one-touch down, power port, tilt steering wheel with audio controls, chrome exhaust tip, heated mirrors with integrated turn signals, variable intermittent wipers, rear washer/wiper, Pioneer CD/MP3 stereo with six speakers, auxiliary input, USB port, Bluetooth connectivity, active front head restraints, and tire pressure monitoring system. Available factory- or dealer-installed options include 16-inch alloy wheels, hood deflector, rear spoiler, wheel locks, cargo mat and liner, heated leather seats, premium Alpine stereo, XM satellite radio, block heater, cargo cover, cargo net and security system.
