NEW FOR 2009:
- All-new model
For 2009, Nissan introduces the Cube, an all-new entry to the Canadian market.
While it's new to North America, the Cube has been sold in Japan since 1998; this version is the third generation of the model. It features "casual lounge-style" passenger seating with a roomy interior for its size.
The Cube uses a 1.8-litre four-cylinder engine, also used in the Nissan Versa. The S trim line uses a six-speed manual transmission or new-generation Xtronic CVT, while the SL uses the CVT exclusively.
Features on the S include 15-inch steel wheels, air conditioning, tire pressure monitoring system, tilt wheel, cargo light, heated power mirrors, rear privacy glass, variable intermittent wipers, fixed intermittent rear wiper, cloth seats, 60/40 split-folding rear seat, centre rear armrest with cupholders, CD stereo, front vanity mirrors, power windows with one-touch driver's up/down, power locks with keyless entry, cruise control, and active front head restraints.
The SL adds 16-inch alloy wheels, leather-wrapped wheel, automatic headlamps, fog lamps, seatback storage pockets, CD/MP3 stereo with wheel-mounted audio controls, and Intelligent Key with pushbutton start.
Available options include a Rockford Fosgate sound system, body kit, satellite radio, Bluetooth connectivity, and rear parking sensors.
