The B-Class will be redesigned for 2012, and so the 2011 edition is unchanged except for the availability of a new ?Avantgarde Runout Edition? package. On the B200, it adds an automatic (CVT) transmission, 17-inch five-spoke alloy wheels, heated front seats and media interface. On the B200 Turbo, it includes those features and also adds bi-colour wheels, power-adjustable front seats and a panoramic sunroof.
The entry-level offering for Mercedes-Benz, the B-Class four-door hatchback comes as the B200, with 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine and five-speed manual, or as the B200 Turbo, with turbocharged 2.0-litre and six-speed manual transmission. Both models can be optioned to a CVT.
Features on the B200 include 16-inch alloy wheels, automatic climate control, six-CD/MP3 stereo with auxiliary input, Bluetooth hands-free connectivity, fog lamps, outside temperature gauge, auto-dimming rear-view mirror, illuminated vanity mirrors, height-adjustable load cargo floor, cargo cover, power windows with one-touch up/down, cruise control, tire pressure monitor warning system, heated mirrors, cloth seats, driver and passenger manual height adjuster, 60/40 split-folding rear seatbacks, tilt and telescopic leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel, rain-sensing wipers, heated washer system and intermittent rear washer/wiper.
The B200 Turbo adds 17-inch alloy wheels and Artico leather and fabric upholstery.
