Heading into 2013, the Infiniti Coupe and Convertible lines see some significant changes, including the addition of a new G IPL Convertible and the discontinuation of the G37 base model.
The G lineup consists of sedan (covered in a separate entry), coupe and convertible models. The ?x? in the name indicates all-wheel drive; otherwise, the configuration is rear-wheel drive.
The G Coupe comes as the G37, G37x and G37 Sport, with 3.7-litre V6 and seven-speed automatic, as the G37 Sport 6MT with 3.7-litre V6 and six-speed manual transmission, and as the IPL Coupe, which builds on the G37 Sport 6MT.
The G Convertible comes as the Sport and Premier, with 3.7-litre V6 and seven-speed automatic transmission, and as the Sport 6MT with 3.7-litre V6 and six-speed manual transmission.

G37x AWD Coupe Sport Package adds viscous limited-slip differential, sport-tuned suspension, solid magnesium paddle shifters, 19-inch 10-spoke alloy wheels, 4-piston front and 2-piston rear calipers with 14-inch front and 13.8 inch rear brake discs, unique front fascia, rear spoiler, front sport seats with manual thigh extension and driver's power torso and thigh support adjustment, unique sport steering wheel stitching, and aluminum pedals and footrest.
G37 Coupe Sport M6 adds close-ratio six-speed manual transmission short-throw shifter and summer performance tires; removes paddle shifters and all-wheel drive.
Navigation Package adds (to G37 Coupe Sport M6) Infiniti Hard Drive Navigation System with touchscreen, Infiniti Voice Recognition for audio and navigation systems, Intelligent Cruise Control, front pre-crash seat belts, streaming audio via Bluetooth, and video playback via DVD or digital file from USB flash drive.
