Through four generations in the Canadian marketplace, the Hyundai Santa Fe has made a huge impression, proving that stylish design, upscale features and value for money can co-exist in one practical vehicle. The current Santa Fe was introduced in 2018 and updated in 2021.

Available Trims
Hyundai offers the Santa Fe in Preferred, Urban, and Ultimate Calligraphy trim levels. Preferred uses a 2.5L four-cylinder engine, to which Urban and Ultimate Calligraphy add turbocharging. All-wheel drive and an eight-speed transmission are standard with both engines.

Standard Features
Preferred trim comes with 18-inch wheels, auto on/off LED headlights, rear door sunshades, heated front seats and steering wheel, a power driver’s seat, a 10.25-inch touchscreen, navigation, dual-zone A/C, and passive keyless entry.
Standard safety kit includes blind spot monitoring, adaptive cruise, forward collision mitigation, lane keeping assist, driver attention alert, rear cross-traffic collision avoidance, safe exit assist, and rear occupant alert.
Urban gets 19-inch wheels, an auto-dimming mirror, and a power passenger seat.
Ultimate Calligraphy adds 20-inch wheels, power-folding side mirrors, rain-sensing wipers, Nappa leather upholstery, ventilated front seats with leg cushion extension, and heated rear seats. You also get 12-speaker audio, a head-up display, wireless phone charging, digital gauges, a panoramic roof, hands-free tailgate, and ambient lighting. This trim’s safety additions are surround-view cameras, front and rear parking sensors, parking collision avoidance, a blind spot camera, remote park assist, and highway driving assist.
Key Options
A Preferred Trend package adds a panoramic roof, leatherette upholstery, a power passenger seat, remote-folding rear seats, LED interior lighting, an auto-dimming mirror, and ultrasonic rear-seat occupant alert.
Fuel Economy
Hyundai’s fuel consumption estimates for the Santa Fe are 10.6/9.3 L/100 km (city/highway) for the base 2.5L engine, and 11.0/8.5 L/100 km for turbocharged models.
