The base 2.4 GL models undergo a price cut. A new 2.4 GL Premium Package comes solely with the six-speed automatic and includes heated front seats, trip computer, fog lamps, 18-inch alloy wheels and a power sunroof. That trim line can also be optioned with all-wheel drive, the only 2.4-litre model that can be so equipped. The 3.5 GL model now receives heated front seats and a trip computer, while the 3.5 GL Sport adds an auto-dimming rear-view mirror with compass. The Santa Fe is available with a 2.4-litre four-cylinder with six-speed manual transmission or optional six-speed automatic, or with a 3.5-litre V6 with six-speed automatic. The four-cylinder comes in GL and GL Premium trim lines, while the V6 comes as the GL, Sport, Limited, and Limited with Navigation. The four-cylinder GL is front-wheel drive only, but the 2.4 GL Premium, which includes the six-speed automatic, can be optioned with all-wheel drive. The V6 GL and Sport come in front-wheel but can be optioned to all-wheel drive, while the Limited is all-wheel only. Features on the 2.4 GL include 17-inch alloy wheels, air conditioning, CD/MP3 stereo with auxiliary input and USB port, Bluetooth connectivity, cruise control, woodgrain interior accents, driver’s auto up/down window, keyless entry, cloth seats, 60/40 split-folding second-row seat, active front head restraints, tilt and telescopic steering wheel, privacy glass, body-colour door handles, variable intermittent wipers, intermittent rear wiper, windshield de-icer, electronic brake force distribution, and brake assist. The 2.4 GL Premium Package uses the automatic transmission and adds 18-inch alloy wheels, heated seats, trip computer, fog lamps and power sunroof. The 3.5 GL builds on the 2.4 GL and adds fog lights, heated seats and a trip computer. The GL Sport adds 18-inch alloy wheels, heated cloth seats with leather bolsters, eight-way power driver’s seat, auto-dimming rear-view mirror with compass, and leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio controls. The Limited adds dual-zone automatic climate control, premium six-CD/MP3 stereo with ten speakers, auto-dimming mirror, garage door opener, compass, four-way power passenger seat, heated leather seats, chrome door handles, and automatic headlamps. The Limited with Navigation adds a premium single-CD stereo, rear-view camera, and 6.5-inch navigation screen.
