What's New
After some extra safety features were added in 2020, there weren't big changes to Ioniq PHEV for 2021. Models without Nav get wireless Android Auto and wireless Apple CarPlay
Available Trims
Ioniq PHEV comes in three trim levels, Essential, Preferred, and Ultimate, with all three offering a 103 hp gas motor and 60 hp electric motor for a total output of 164 hp and 195 lb-ft.
Standard Features
Essential offers 16-inch alloys, auto headlights with LED running lights, heated mirrors, active aero grille shutters, intermittent wipers, heated front seat with six-way manual adjustment for both front seats, an 8.0-inch infotainment screen with Bluelink connected car, power windows, adaptive cruise, forward collision avoidance with pedestrian and cyclist detection, lane keep assist, driver attention warning, and lane centering.
Preferred adds LED head and tail lights, heated rear seats, leather-wrapped heated steering wheel, proximity key, sunroof, rear parking sensors, a cargo cover, and LED interior lighting. Ultimate adds power-fold mirrors, chrome trim, leather seating, power driver seat, 10.25-inch touchscreen with navigation and eight-speaker Harman Kardon audio, faux-leather door trim and center console, auto-dim rear-view mirror, wireless charging, a 7.0-inch driver display screen and ambient lighting.
