The CR-V uses a 2.4-litre engine with five-speed automatic transmission. The LX and EX trim lines are front-wheel drive but can be optioned to all-wheel drive. The EX-L is all-wheel drive only. Features on the LX include 17-inch alloy wheels, air conditioning, active front head restraints, tire pressure monitoring system, black door handles, front and rear splash guards, heated black mirrors, privacy glass, CD/MP3 stereo with four speakers and auxiliary input, manual driver’s seat, 60/40 split-folding rear seat with pass-through, conversation mirror, intermittent wipers, intermittent rear washer/wiper, keyless entry, power up/down driver’s window, retractable centre tray table, cruise control, tilt and telescopic steering wheel, and under-seat storage bin. The EX adds dual-zone automatic climate control, automatic headlamps, compass, security alarm, chrome grille inserts and tailgate garnish, body-colour door handles and mirrors, power sunroof, six speakers, USB port, steering wheel-mounted audio controls, eight-way power driver’s seat, dual-deck cargo shelf, exterior temperature display, and variable intermittent wipers. A centre console replaces the LX’s folding centre table. The EX-L adds premium six-CD stereo, XM satellite radio, heated leather seats, and leather-wrapped steering wheel. A navigation package can be added.
