Ford Fusion Energi

Ford broke into the market for plug-in cars with the help of its Fusion Energi, a version of the brand's hybrid family sedan with a larger battery that can be charged for small amounts of electric driving. On the downside, you sacrifice some trunk space for that ability, but the sharp-handling Fusion Energi is a great intro to Ford's plug-in technology, of which you'll see a lot more in the future.
