Following a raft of updates for 2013, Chrysler's big rear-wheel drive sedan carries on into 2014 with no major changes.
Touring, 300S, 300C and 300C Luxury models share a 3.6L V6 engine that makes 292 hp (and an even 300 in the 300S) that comes matched with an eight-speed automatic transmission. In 300S and 300C models, a 363-hp, 5.7L Hemi V8 is available and comes with a five-speed automatic; all-wheel drive is available with both powertrains. At the top of the heap is the 300 SRT, powered by a 6.4L Hemi V8 and a five-speed automatic, and available only as a rear-driver.
300 Touring trim comes with cloth seats, power 12-way driver's seat with lumbar, Uconnect 8.4 media centre, auxiliary input jack and USB port, satellite radio, steering wheel-mounted audio and cruise controls, leather-wrapped steering wheel and shifter, electronic vehicle information centre, one-touch up/down front power windows, tilt-and-telescoping steering column, dual-zone automatic climate control, auto-dimming rearview mirror, front and rear reading lights, illuminated front cupholders and passenger assist handles full-length floor console with 12-volt power outlet, 17-inch aluminum wheels, dual exhaust with bright tips, automatic headlights, fog lights, power-adjustable and heated side mirrors, chrome exterior accents and bright grille surround, driver's knee airbag and intelligent keyless entry.
300S models add nappa leather seats, heated front seats, 20-inch wheels, Beats Audio 10-speaker stereo, Bluetooth, sport mode and steering wheel-mounted shift paddles, touring suspension, backup camera, remote start, garage door opener, illuminated rear cupholders, black headlight accents, and bright grille surround with black chrome bars.
In the 300C, Chrysler adds heated rear seats, ventilated front seats, heated wood/leather steering wheel, auto-dimming driver's side mirror, memory function for the radio, driver's seat, pedals and driver's side mirror, power rear window sunshade, auto-adjust in-reverse driver's side mirror, 18-inch chrome wheels, bright trim on side mirrors, door handles and headlights, six-speaker Alpine stereo, driver and passenger lower LED lights, heated/cooled console cupholders, power tilt/telescope steering column, front door sill scuff pads and trunk mat.
300C Luxury Series trim adds premium nappa leather upholstery, 20-inch wheels, luxury steering wheel, floor mats, platinum chrome exterior trim, sport mode with steering wheel-mounted shift paddles and touring suspension tuning.
The 300 SRT comes standard with the 6.4L engine, nappa leather seats with perforated suede inserts in black or red, heated and ventilated front seats and heated rear seats, heated flat-bottom steering wheel with race-inspired paddle shifters, power tilt/telescope steering column, memory function for driver's seat, mirrors, steering wheel pedals and mirrors, Uconnect 8.4 with navigation, Alpine stereo, three-mode stability control with launch control, adaptive suspension with two driver-selectable modes, performance-tuned steering, 20-inch SRT wheels and unique exterior trim.
