Chevrolet introduced the Traverse in 2009 as a mid-size crossover to slot in between its compact Equinox and the full-size Tahoe SUV. It’s one of the most substantial vehicles in its class and is aimed at families who need practical day-to-day transportation.

Available Trims
Chevrolet offers the Traverse in LS, LT, True North, RS, Premier and High Country trim levels. Every Traverse is powered by a 3.6L V6 engine, a nine-speed transmission, and all-wheel drive.
Standard Features
LS trim starts out with 18-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights/taillights, six-speaker audio, a power driver’s seat, a 7.0-inch touchscreen, passive keyless entry, and three-zone A/C. LS also includes forward collision mitigation, pedestrian detection, lane keep assist/departure warning, and automatic high beams.
LT adds an 8.0-inch touchscreen, heated front seats, a garage door remote, remote engine start, a power tailgate, blind spot monitoring, lane change alert, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear park assist.
RS models get 20-inch wheels, a dual-panel sunroof, a power front passenger seat, adaptive cruise control, an upgraded stereo, navigation, surround-view cameras, a heated steering wheel, rear pedestrian alert, a 120-volt power outlet, and a camera-based rearview mirror. True North’s additions include all-weather floor liners and leather upholstery.
Premier models get chrome exterior trim, a hands-free tailgate, power-folding side mirrors with driver’s side auto dimming, a digital gauge display, heated rear seats, power steering wheel adjustments, and ventilated front seats.
Finally, High Country trim brings a power-folding third-row seat, polished wheels, and trim-specific interior elements.
