2025 Cadillac XT4

Issue: On certain vehicles, the instrument panel upper cover may not have been manufactured correctly. As a result, the passenger-front airbag may not open and inflate properly in a crash. Safety Risk: An airbag that doesn't inflate properly could create an increased risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: None of the affected vehicles have been delivered to customers. General Motors will instruct dealers to replace the instrument panel upper cover before each vehicle is delivered.
