History/Overview
Cadillac introduced the XT4 as a 2019 model, putting the brand in the subcompact luxury crossover category for the first time. The XT4 slots in below the compact XT5 in Cadillac's utility lineup.
What's New / Key Changes from Last Year
Changes for 2020 are minor. Cadillac has shuffled a few features around in the XT4's lists of standard and optional kit. The Cadillac User Experience (CUE) infotainment also adds a "jog" function that lets you bump the system's control dial side-to-side to move left and right within the CUE menus.
Available Trims
Cadillac offers the XT4 in Luxury, Premium Luxury and Sport trims. All three use a 2.0L turbo four-cylinder engine and a nine-speed automatic transmission. Luxury starts with front-wheel drive and the optional of AWD; AWD is standard in the upper two trims.
