With the death of the Chevrolet Avalanche, Cadillac's pickup - the Escalade EXT - is gone with no replacement in sight. The full-roofed Escalade continues on unchanged for 2014 as its replacement is due in 2015.
The Escalade is available as the regular-wheelbase Escalade or as the long-wheelbase Escalade ESV. The Escalade Hybrid is detailed in a separate entry.
Powered by a 6.2L pushrod V8 engine, all Escalades (except for the Hybrid) are equipped with a six-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive.
