History/Overview
The CT6-V is Cadillac's high-performance full-size sedan. While it shares much of its architecture with the standard CT6, the V uses the company's new twin-turbo Blackwing V6. The CT6-V is carried over unchanged from 2019.
Available Trims
The Cadillac CT6-V comes in a single trim. It's powered by the 4.2L Blackwing twin-turbo V8 engine, a 10-speed automatic transmission, and standard AWD.
Standard Features
Other CT6-V mechanical upgrades include active rear-wheel steering, a limited-slip rear differential, performance brakes, and a sport magnetic ride control suspension.
On the outside, the CT6-V is distinguished by 20-inch wheels with summer tires, a black mesh grille, body side mouldings, a front splitter and rear fascia extensions, a V-series rear spoiler, lighted door handles, and LED headlights and taillights.
Inside, the CT6-V gets a 12-inch digital driver info centre, 16-way leather power-adjustable/heated/ventilated front seats, active noise cancellation, ambient lighting, a heated steering wheel, a 34-speaker stereo, the Cadillac User Experience infotainment system, a head-up display, heated rear seats, a camera-based rearview mirror with washer, navigation, a sunroof, dual-zone automatic climate control, passive keyless entry, a power-adjustable steering column, and wireless smartphone charging.
Standard safety kit consists of automatic parking assist with braking, forward collision alert with automatic braking and pedestrian detection, night vision, surround-view cameras with recording, blind spot monitoring with lane change warning, lane keep assist with lane departure warning, and rear cross traffic alert with automatic braking.

Competition
With the CT6-V, Cadillac mainly goes up against Europe's most potent big sedans, like the BMW M760Li, the Audi S8, and the Mercedes-AMG S 63 and S 65.
